Street Fighter II Turbo
Super Hyper Speed
- Wait until the TURBO logo is flashing across the screen, then VERY quickly hit Down, R, Up, L, Y, and B.
- You MUST enter this BEFORE the next screen appears or it won't work.
- You now can select up to 10 *'s worth of turbo.
Special Move Select
- After both players have selected a fighter in a 2-player game, hit Down, R, Up, L, Y, and B on the country screen.
- You should be able to turn off certain special moves.
Special Move Deselect
- When the CAPCOM logo fades as the game is starting, hit Down, R, Up, L, Y, and B and nobody can use special moves.
Easy Best Ending
- Fist turn off the special moves, then Set the Difficulty to one star.
- Beat the game to see the best ending complete with digitized "box art".
Speed up Computer Battle
- Press any Button except Start to Speed up Computer Battles in Tournament Mode
- Select End to have ALL Computer Battles
Eighth Selectable color
- You can Change the color of your Fighter by pressing either A, B, Y, X, L, R, or Start to "Start"
- Press and Hold the Button until the plane flies to its destination to gain the "Eighth Color"
