Debug Mode
Hold X and Y on controller 1, and A and B on controller 2, and turn on the SNES's power. It should say DEBUG MODE.
On the boating screen, hit different things on controller 2:
A - DEBUG MODE
B - Catch a random bass
X - Speedy Time
Y - Catch a random non-bass
