Level Skip
When the start screen appears (the one with START and OPTIONS), hit Down, A,
Down, Y, Down, A, Down, Y, then begin playing.
To skip, at any time pause the game, and hit Up, X, Down, B, Left, Y, Right, A, L, and R. Unpause.
